Paul Baxter
Sales Manager
Paul has over 20 years’ experience working in and managing print companies. He is passionate about helping business succeed and strives to offer transparent and competitively priced design and print services for all. Paul is an avid runner and completed the London Marathon two years ago. He also enjoys cooking BBQs in the summer and roasts in the winter.
Nancy Gompertz
Credit Control / Accounts
Nancy has over 28 years’ experience within financial settings. She has worked for blue chip companies and international manufacturing industries as well as the transport industry in a variety of different roles from sales/purchase ledger to payroll/HR manager. Nancy has also previously worked in advertising where she was credit controller for four titles of a local newspaper. She enjoys spending family time with her husband and two children, socialising and gardening. She strongly believes you get out of life what you put into it.
Michael Minard
Commercial Manager
Michael works as part of our creative team as one of our senior designers. His key responsibilities include working closely with businesses to supply creative and innovative solutions for all aspects of design. He has over 30 years’ experience in design and print, having a breadth of knowledge through working in many sides of the industry from local newspapers to multinational printing concerns. Michael has lived locally all his life and loves nothing more than spending time with his family. He is also a keen DIY enthusiast and has the scars to prove it.
Richard Stevenson
Design Manager
Richard is one of our graphic designers. He is responsible for producing eye-catching and responsive marketing material for our clients and he handles editorial design, advert design and magazine print production for customer publications. He has worked for the business for over 10 years.
